The XXX is a strong, light-colored Belgian style ale. Sweeter than the other beers on tap, its higher alcohol content makes this the best sipping beer in town!
Our flagship & local favorite American Style Pale Ale. It's the perfect balance of malt and hops that will leave you wanting more. The grain and hop bill are consistent year round.
Le Freak is a hybrid ale that is a blend of a Belgian style tripel with an American IPA. This zesty cascade marvel entices with a fruity Belgian yeast aroma and a firm dry finish. It has aromas of sweet bread that evolves and flavors of bubblegum and bananas. Come and experience a legendary beer. We are giving Green Flash Brewing Company a high-five for inspiring this Belgian American IPA that we are quite proud of at 99.
The brew crew collaborated to bring you something special, a double IPA. We replaced the cask IPA with the DIPA, which is now COLD and CARBONATED! Rich in flavor with a beautiful hop profile, we fully appreciate all that this DIPA has to offer.
This ale is hop-less and instead flavored with sweet gale, gentian root, and mugwort. High in ABV, this brew is not for the faint of heart, but you would be crazy not to try it! Occasionally we will feature local produce in the brew.
Instead of a "High Five" we're giving you a "High Four"! This is a dark Belgian Strong Ale at 10% ABV & made with holiday spices that will bring back your favorite holiday memories.
A Chaos Agent is someone who intentionally creates chaos for their own enjoyment; someone who could easily avoid chaos, but doesn’t. The Chaos Agent as a beer has a rich and complex aroma, with a full body that takes on a roasted malt character with notes of dark chocolate. The Chaos Agent has a noticeable alcohol warmth and a dry finish.
The Hideout Oatmeal Stout is our darkest beer on tap. It has a complex grain and hop bill that provides a smooth full bodied flavor.
By popular demand, we have developed a beer that is lower in ABV than most of our other beers. The Belgian Wit was perfected during the COVID-19 Pandemic and was released during the Phase 2 of reopening in North Carolina (hence the name Phase 99). The Wit is full of flavor and has become a quick favorite
Light, Bubbly, and Refreshing. The Brewers at Brewery99 are jumping the fence and diving into the seltzer pool! This gluten reduced beverage is a great choice for those that want a craft beverage but might be nervous to dive straight into craft beer.
Just in time to beat the heat of August, we bring you our newest addition to the Taproom line-up. Inspired by those who come to Brewery99 looking for a NA, Gluten-Free, Sparkling beverage, Hop2O is for you! Hop2O is great for all ages and we hope you find it as refreshing as we do, CHEERS!
Unique to Brewery 99, Smoke is true to its name. This wheat beer is made with a mesquite smoked malt that produces an assertive smokey flavor
We brought an OG beer back to the Taproom! The Tasty Pants Lager is one of Brewery99's first beers served on tap. This lager has a nice crisp and clean finish with a hint of Cascade hops. We hope you love it as much as we do!
A Brewery99 spin on a classic German style, bock beers have been traditionally brewed for special occasions and specifically for the spring season. The Maibock is less malty and presents a drier finish. We bourbon barrel aged our Maibock. We also saved some of the original Maibock to represent the bock beer in its traditional German style.
Inspired by the Oktoberfest Marzen beer style, this lager is slightly darker than most. It has a smooth flavor with hints of cinnamon and nutmeg with a crisp finish provided by whole leaf hops. We hope you enjoy this seasonal as much as we do!
This beer was originally created in the home brewery of brewer, Nathan Sulger. We tweaked it a bit and made it a lager. The wheat creates a full bodied mouth feel and the agave nectar provides a sweetness that compliments the grain bill and hops.
A Lager that comes with a complimentary burn if your bartender is quick and witty enough. All jokes aside, there is nothing spicy about this excellent 6.0% ABV dark lager!
The cask beer has been a fun project to work on over the last couple of years. Cask ale is naturally carbonated in the vessel it is served in and is typically less carbonated than beers served from the tap. We serve it using a beer engine imported all the way from England.
