Key Dates
- Interest Meeting/Run: Saturday, July 26, 2025 @ 8:30 AM
- Official Kickoff Run: Saturday, August 2, 2025 @ 8:30 AM
- Club End Date: Saturday, May 30, 2026 (to give people until end of May to complete their 99 miles)
- Celebration Party: Early June 2026 (exact date TBD)
Weekly Runs
- Every Saturday at 8:30 AM
- 3-mile route, starting and finishing at Brewery 99
- Post-run: Hang out for coffee and breakfast at the bakery
The Goal
- Run 99 miles before the end of May
- Weekly runs (3 miles x 4 weeks = 12 miles/month = ~99 miles in 8-9 months)
- Miss a Saturday? You can log official 5K race miles in place of a club run
Tracking
- Sign in on the mileage log sheet every Saturday
- Members are allowed to submit screenshots of 5K race results for credit

Run Leader
Sign up to lead the club! We aren't asking you to be an athlete! We are asking you to volunteer to make sure everyone signs in, knows the route, and make sure the newbies have signed the waiver.
The Sweeper
Sign up to be the sweeper! The sweeper is going to be the one to make sure everyone is safe and finishes the route. Volunteer to be the one who brings it all home!

The 3 mile loop takes you through scenic historic downtown New Bern. With views of the waterfront, the Neuse and Trent Rivers, Union Point, and the Riverwalk all leading back to baked goods, coffee, or heck even a beer at Brewery 99!
